Atmospheric Seascapes
The local beach and ocean is my second home, where I spend many hours painting, surfing, walking and soaking up the natural beauty. These paintings are an exploration of coastal light, the sea, and the fluctuating conditions of my environment. I capture fleeting atmospheric moments though the use of energetic brushwork and a resonant palette. I’m fascinated by the many temperaments of my subject and how light shapes mood.
